I don't know about you, but this year is already hitting differently! I can honestly say it has been so empowering to see so many other sisters and believers on the path to seek God and step boldly into our assignments. The biggest asset has been empowering communities building together and diver deeper together with accountability. And let me reiterate what I just said- ACCOUNTABILITY COMMUNITY has been proven to be a major factor in success. Here are some benefits of having an accountability community:

Brain Storming

You get to brainstorm and build with like- minded individuals like yourself. (Btw.. this is not someone who thinks like you as a “ yes, friend” but someone who is on the same path with goals and level of intentionality as you are)

Build Networking Skills

You build networking skills and get to plan out tasks in a realistic way ( this is something that everyone can benefit from - beginning with the person who is shy to speak to strangers to the person who never meets a stranger). Shockingly, those who know me would say I have been both, but I lean to the side of never meeting a stranger because of stepping out on faith in accountability groups. It helps you build that confidence muscle at your pace in a smaller intentional space with individuals who already have a lot of commonalities with you.

Resource Exchange

You have a more robust library of resources when you collaborate with others. They bring to the table the knowledge and things they are using alongside the resources you can offer from your experiences

Goals Executed Quicker

When you have to report back your progress or lack there of, it gives you a push to not procrastinate on completing tasks. When you are bringing your goals to a group, the group can help you organize them better to receive successful results. When you have someone giving feedback, you adjust and execute better moving you forward quicker than trying to figure it out on your own.

Now.. I must share the book that got me, the girls who planned her day as an elementary school student, but now understands that it’s about the systems I put into place to reach those goals… this book right here is accountability with very practical steps !!! You will build an amazing relationship with yourself and the way you function as you reach for your goals ! You will look at triggers in a whole new light! GET THIS BOOK, SIS !!!!

In our accountability community we are working on removing distractions and setting personal plans to hear and obey God immediately without negotiation. You want to be apart of this ! Just sign up below and we got you, sis ! Like .. really we do !
